My experince is very bad with you guys. I submitted my claim on the 01.04.2025 then 03.04.2025 I received an email that my claim application was successful you will process the funds but until today 09.04.2025 no funds in my bank account you can imagine the funeral in on the 12.04.2025. you kept promising that the funds will reflect in my account before the end of the day and it's been 3 days now.
