This company is pathetic they love dropping calls. I can’t count how many calls I’ve made to sort out a simple claim. It’s been 2 weeks! They don’t call me back. Even the managers are hopeless. Worst customer service ever!!!! This is everything wrong with insurance. You can pay for years without any problems!!! once you have a problem they want to drag out the problem for a whole month. And then at the end of it say there’s some minor discrepancy they can’t pay you out. But God doesn’t sleep, people are already struggling enough as it is. Now you fuckers add to the problem.
