I am an existing client , I called in and pressed 1 and there is an automated response that they are busy, I called back and then pressed 2 for new business and the lady answers, she then transfered me and the call cut. So Miway only wants new business and does not care about the existing ones. So now I am wondering what will happen when my family needs to claim on my policy if something happens. I actually called in to add to my existing policy , no I wont be using Miway or recommending them to anyone
