Worst experience ever, THEY DID EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER NOT TO PAY, bare with me this might be long. I Lost control and crashed. They sent Andrew Fogwill to access crash site. From the moment he arrived at the site he was already giving me reasons why they won’t pay. Firstly they wanted to prove that I wasn’t where I claimed to be, asked for my tracker information, no luck, then went through my car’s computer box, my car had no built in navigation so still no luck, THEY FORCED ME TO GIVE MY CELLPHONE BEACON, this when your cell number is used to determine where was your last activity, something the court does to prove a ********’s whereabouts “otherwise the claim wont be paid he said” I had to go to MTN to sign documents and send back to him, with this information the noticed that I was where I said I was. Then they tried to pin it to the fact that i was on the road during curfew, hours this was back in lockdown times, with no luck still cause I hadn’t signed anything with regards to curfew hours on my policy. And I had a travel permit. Then the asked some guy to CHECKY MY COMPUTER BOX AGAIN TO SEE SPEED I WAS TRAVELLING apparently I was doing 140 and my claim was rejected. This was very difficult and abusive. I’ve moved on now but they still call me to join the insurance. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ABUSED WHEN CLAIMING don’t join MIWAY
