Locating a vacation home in Europe seemed daunting. Unfamiliar with how to approach this, numerous real estate listings, rudimentary French, all seemed destined to make this a frustrating experience. Searching the internet, we came across My French House who connected us to the most amazing company, Living on the Côte d'Azur. Abé and Jo made the experience pleasant. From first contact with them, they brought peace of mind to the process. Abé made arrangements for us to visit properties, and then worked with builder to assure that things that needed to be addressed would be addressed. They arranged a kitchen designer, have assisted with utilities, and connected us with a property manager. Jo is assisting with the design elements, as she has numerous contacts to assist with furniture, lighting, etc. When I first met Abé , he said that they had such a difficult experience when they moved to France that they wanted to start a company that took away all of the stress. I can say that they accomplished this and then some. I don't think we would have been able to navigate the sale and everything that goes with it without them. They have our highest recommendation!!
