I ordered the product 12 days ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. I don’t mind the wait, but I tried finding info on how long it might take for my location and there’s nothing. That’s something to improve.

your parcel is in your country according to the track & trace, from there you could contact your national postal service to check what would be the expected delivery date.
Normally the delivery time from The Netherlands to your country is 6-8 days, so this takes longer than it should. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanks for the tip. In near the future we will make a list of all the delivery times for all the countries.
