Maybe a short information and instructions sheet about and for your plant. For beginners like me, it would have been amazing if received a short instruction list explaining me what to do for the next two weeks.
Personality. It would have been amazing if I received a short hand written note of someone of the company. But these things are maybe un-doable under bulk sales.
