Strengths
The order arrived within 3 days, the flowers (orchids) were very well packed, protected against cold and securerly attached in the box. The flowers are healthy and gorgeous, with lots of buds. Will definitely order again. This was my second order.
Improvements or suggestions
I didnt realise the Vanda doesnt come with a vase (it needs a large one), but this was my mistake when ordering I think.
