Overall positive - for an adansonii it shipped very well with only a couple broken leaves
Strengths
Packaging was great really strong and the pot was secured well
Shipped in a reasonable time given the current situation
Improvements or suggestions
The plant was dripping wet when I received it so I think it had been heavily watered or sprayed down before bent packaged - I was a little scared it may have had rot but luckily it was ok.
