Poor CT14 7SA is a post code in England but you assumed I lived in USA even though I paid for my sample in pound sterling why does it not say clearly on your website that you do not deal with UK I find your company very unprofessional

You cannot click on the United Kingdom via our website, because we do not deliver there due to customs issues.
You have specified the USA. This is also stated in the order confirmation you received.
