My buying experience was good. However, the item was on sale and was to include the blind, snoot and floor. I did not get the snoot. Emailed your company but have not gotten a response.

Hello Kent, thanks for your review. I looked at your order, but you ordered: Buteo Mark II + Ground Sheet, not with a Snoot/Lens cover. I will send you in privat all the details.
