Dealing with the company was fantastic - I knew what I wanted to do and the length of time I had and Atelier took care of the rest. Information came timely and considering the speed with which everything had to be executed, they did a great job in organizing everything. The places recommended and location of activities were top-notch. The driver in Rwanda was fabulous. He was really informative and willing to talk about anything and everything. Regarding visas, things have changed and border patrol told me it is easier to wait until you arrive to obtain a multi-entry visa.
