I placed one order and expected to get 3 different packages. This wasn't clear and it made the delivery process very complicated. It also wasn't clear how much each package weighted, etc.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that it is not possible to inform you upfront about the dimensions and weight of each parcel. Our mainshipper is DPD and they focus on accuracy meaning flawless and timeliness. In some cases it could be helpful and maybe they will be able to inform customers about the weight and dimensions in the future.
