I like the product ...but the customer service is not responsive ...I have tried to make a purchase and spend about 40 minutes because I could not retrieve my password ...it should be an easy thing ...during my several attempts it said I will receive an email
To reset my password but none ...so I had to a second email address to complete the purchase .,,it was very frustrating
