I've been drinking Queal and similar products for a long time and I can say it's a good brand.
Bad. I ordered it 3 weeks ago and haven't received it. Tracking says it left Netherlands to go to the Paris airport, but then it left the Paris airport and now its back in the Netherlands and hasn't updated in 3 days. Original estimate said it would be here last week. Edit: I still have not received my shipment more than a month after placing the order. It is being held up in customs coming into my country. At no point during the checkout process was there any indication that this product would be held up in customs. Between the exorbitant shipping fee charged by Queal and the import/storage fees being applied by my country, there is simply no chance that the product will be worth it. I am wildly disappointed with Queal and I haven't even tried it yet. But that is not my concern at this time. As stated, I have yet to receive my first order, but I HAVE received about a dozen marketing emails from Queal. They're telling me to subscribe or to share queal with a friend or how to get a "secret bonus". My response to those emails is this: Kindly go somewhere and fuck yourself. What message is it sending that you are clogging up my inbox with nonsense before your product has even arrived? The inescapable conclusion is that your marketing department is run by incompetent morons. What kind of business would ask a customer for feedback *BEFORE* they have received a product? Only a bad one. PS: I was complaining to my friends about the shipment delay so they asked what I ordered and when I said "queal", they all laughed. They couldn't believe that the name was really that stupid. It's a terrible name. It embarrasses me. It should embarrass you.
I like it, it is easy to prepare. Give sufficient nutrients for a meal, taking less time for eating.
