I placed an order on Feb 22, next day i received a tracking number for the shipment. Which is absolutely useless as it says "shipment is not found" for 14 days already. I have no idea where my order is now (which was prepaid by the way) and when it will be delivered. When talking to the online assistant Jordy, i was assured that normally it takes about a week to deliver order to Russia. Well, it's been two weeks and the order is lost and cannot be tracked. And no-one sends me any updates. I totally understand that there could be difficulties due to pandemic, but i just need information on my order! I would gladly change my rating if the company gives me clear info.
