Strengths
After my purchase went through, I discovered I had made an error in my address. I emailed a representative and they responded in a timely manner and made sure the mistake was corrected, giving me huge peace of mind, because I was freaking out prior.
Improvements or suggestions
I was a little confused on some of the wording while placing my order, wasn’t exactly sure what was being asked in regards to the address info.
