Services was good, delivery on time although the shipping cost was quite expensive compare to other companies I order from but I am ok to pay extra to get it on time.
However, I spoke to Andre, and agreed that he will not put the invoice on the wall paper as he advised he cant do that hence we agreed that he will put the amount of 50 euro as an amount which is less than the actual amount so custom doesnt delay it. He forgot to do that and due to this error not only it was delayed but also I had to pay 90 euros extra on top which was very disappointing. I understand what I asked is not normal but if you agreed to do it than you should have done.
I will not be ordering again as this was for my client I am an interior designer in Dubai and this effects the business for me.
