A bit worrying until paper arrived! I did not receive any notification my paper had been sent. The web said 3-4 days but it took much more than that with no communication. I sent several emails and no one replied to them. I thought I had been scammed and wrote my money off.....then the paper just turned up! I have told others about the webstore but do have to tell them it may be a difficult shopping experience but the paper cost makes it worth it. Experience = worrying. Result= pleased.

Communication....communication.....communication! Please do as you say you will. If you say you will send an email when papers are sent, just do it. If a customer sends emails asking for feedback on their order, just give it.
