At the start it woz fine,then when I sent an email requesting to send my items back ,I woz told I could send them but the items would have to be returned within 14 days and I had to pay the costs which would have been £45 ,so I think it would be beneficial if you could come to some arrangement on returns as I am now out of pocket.
