The ordering and shipping were perfect. The Anselm Kiefer catalogue is excellent yet it should have been bound in cloth.
Improvements or suggestions
Art books should be printed and bound in cloth not just weak cardboard hardcover that can be easily bent into a curve. I know that Cloth costs much more, yet anyone who purchases an exhibition catalogue or an Art book, purchases it to last and would be more than willing to pay for a cloth bound book.
