My experience purchasing the new Anselm Kiefer catalogue from the Van Gogh Museum Shop was excellent. The catalogue arrived very quickly from Amsterdam all the way to the West Coast of the USA. Thank you very much.
Improvements or suggestions
Although the package was made of almost all recyclable cardboard, the catalogue was noticeably bumped (damaged) in three different edges of the book. I assume the damage resulted during shipment. Perhaps in the future, adding one more layer of cardboard to protect books and catalogues may prevent such damage.
