Overall I have a not so good shopping experience with the e shop. It is the first time I use the e shop to buy Pokémon collaboration products. It was hard to get in and make payment due to the traffic overlord. I hope in the future the orders should be make to demand.
Improvements or suggestions
Shipping fee is high if order small portion of items, it should be calculated through weight.
