Very responsive however did not want to give up a tiny little rebate even during Black Friday I’ve waited 2years to by the item all the products from samsonite were on sale except the one I wanted they were not any support if they would have given away even -10% I would have bought much more things and probably end up with a higher spend that originally planned. There I just bought 1thing but again if I had had a gesture I would have bought many more other stuff.
Improvements or suggestions
Be more flexible on discount especially during promotional period such as Black Friday I bought what I wanted but I m not happy about it. I tiny discounts would have made my purchase unforgettable
