First time but not good experience. I ordered my wife's birthday present 7 days before. I only received one email from you that once the goods was out for delivery, I would be notified again. But 5 days past, heard nothing. Tried calling your customers hotline 5 times during working hours but no answer. Finally I emailed your customers support and got urgent delivery. However we had planned to go away on my wife's birthday, therefore I had to arrange the delivery to be diverted to the hotel we stayed, luckily it was in Alicante. So it's not good at all. Stressful for such easy job.
