I learned of this web store when we had visited the Van Gogh Museum this past August, and upon our return home to Canada, ordered canvas giclees. I was pleased with the prompt response and follow up from Ric when I had trouble by-passing a code in order to pay with my Canadian AmX. I and my husband were estastic to see the quality of the giclees when the order finally arrived today. DHL were not as prompt in their correspondence, and delayed the promised delivery date, then split the order delivering on 2 separate days.

DHL should improve their customer service.
