I wanted to order a very specific journal (red Van Gogh journal) that was not online and was proving difficult to track down. The person who helped me (Rik..?) went so out of their way to help me. It was a bit of a project that required a number of phone calls and emails. They eventually made it available to me on the online store from where I was able to make the purchase. The service was over the top and extremely gracious every step of the way. I was so impressed and appreciated it very much.
