I like rhwie merch. Good quality product which i cannot find from online retailers.
However, they have poor packaging options.
I wanted to buy a bag as a gift for someone who i love and does oil paiting professionally, but they couldnt give me a carry bag to put the bag in it. Of course, i didnt wanna carry that bag with me around without putting it in a carry bag or something like that.
I ended up buying it from their online store. I paid more just because of that person not the product.
Improvements or suggestions
Be more customer oriented please. If there is a product like a carry bag, please provide something to cover it or carry it. Like a dust bag.
