Was shocked at the speed of how fast the products were delivered so that part I was impressed. The van Gogh bear unfortunatly was not the same quality of the original bear my,daughter had purchased when at the museum. The material coloring was not as detailed and the size was different, the overall quality was seemed cheap. Although it was a surprise that I replaced the bear after the nose got chewed off by a dog, we both realized it was pointless since it waa not like the one she originally had bought. If I could upload a photo I would to show the difference. Also, the eyeglasses I bought had a lose ear arm and it wiggled on one side.
Improvements or suggestions
Don't change the quality of a product just because its an online purchase.
