Order placed thru website while in Amsterdam because I had no space in my suitcase. While delivery charge is not inexpensive it certainly was cheaper and more convenient than buying another suitcase and hauling that home with a baggage charge. The box arrived in well under a week from when order was placed. All ordered items were enclosed and in excellent condition.
Improvements or suggestions
Only issue I had was the Miffy the Artist flap book was out in the store and on line.
