The article I bought (reading glasses) was okay; shipping costs in my view are much too high - double the price of the glasses... I simply can't understand this...
Delivery by DHL was simply unsatisfactory: absolutely unfriendly driver who did not keep to the appointments we had made; due to his German conversation on the phone was impossible.

Improvements or suggestions
I urgently recommend to choose UPS or any other delivery - there have always been similar problems with DHL.
