It was easy to find exactly what I wanted (Van Gogh Friend) order it and have it come half way around the world from Amsterdam to Honolulu in 5 days. That's as close to perfect as I have encountered.
Improvements or suggestions
Make it so a Van Gogh Friend card could be electronically downloaded to the friend's electronic wallet is the only way my experience could have been improved on.
