I was very pleased and happy with the product until it tore on it's on, now my bag has a hole without even using it
I have so much of sentimental value for this bag and i have no idea how to fix it
Improvements or suggestions
Please do let me know how can i fix the bag
the product is amazing but has a hole and it pains my heart
