Purcahsing productos online or in the shop was great. But it was not so great your behaviour withe clients wiht I Am Amsterdam. I had to purchased the ticket twice.
Improvements or suggestions
Do not reduce the intrance for I Am Amsterdam Card specialy when the museum was not that full.
I would give 5 stars to your employers in the shop but since the stars are for everything and I was realy upset with you about the entrance I am only giving 2 stars.
