I have not received my product. I assume I will but I'm not confident.

I think I should be told when to expect delivery of my product.

I did investigate your order and I do see that it contains a Vincent’s Friends Card. Therefore, i did forward your feedback to the department responsible for this delivery and asked them to do further research on this matter. Your card should be already have been there by now indeed.
