I wish I had received an email with a tracking number when the order was shipped as I was told would happen when I got the order's confirmation email.

Thank you for your feedback. You did receive an automated confirmation message telling you that you would receive a Track and Trace indeed. Our apologies for that!
We do ship all our own products with DHL and the automated confirmation message is based on that. The Vincent’s Friend Card is an exception however. They aren’t send with DHL and do not contain a Track and Trace.
We are currently looking for a way to have a separate confirmation message in case someone orders a Vincent's Friends card to make the communication on this matter more clear.
