My experience has been excellent and amazing. In the NY Times I read the article about the Van Gogh/Hockney exhibit and since both are favorites and I live in San Francisco, I want to see if there was an exhibition catalogue. After. going to the museum site I found the catalogue and ordered it. It arrived in a few days and I am very pleased with it. Not the least of my pleasure is the speed and ease of ordering it and receiving it from your shop. I know want to visit in person and perhaps can arrange that before the exhibit closes. But I have the excellent catalogue and want to thank you for your efficient service. And for providing both the catalogue and ordering process in English. You are the best!!
