I have a very bad experience, as I ordered the item to be delivered to Turkey and I found out when it was a delivery that this item Cannot be delivered without custom tax. If this was indicated as a probability at my purchase, I would have never bought this item. This is a present for my mother who has no capacity to run all this process. I live in France I cannot help her too. So right now we have purchased an item which will remain at custom shelves for 20 days and bounce back. I paid quite big sum for my budget. I am really very frustrated.
Improvements or suggestions
Warn customers before purchase that there might be custom tax abd process outside of EU.
