The online order system is well functionning.
The transaction was no problem.
However, i cannot track the situation of my order and that can be quite frustrating and make me feel insure.
Improvements or suggestions
It would be appreciated if a client without museum online account can also track his/her order situation. Though the museum shop send an email indicating that the client would be informed once the order is dispatched, however the interval of one week or two week waiting can be quite frustrating. Please consider a way for a client to track their order situation.
