Hello, in the past days I purchase an order with you with the order number 307649
the package is at Customs in MEXICO city, but i have not received it yet, because they are asking me for a document to liberate my package because the van Gogh doll has a human shape and they can not reléase it until y give that document.
they are asking me to pay about 250 us dollars for taxes and thats crazy
My question IS IF i can send it back to you and you give my money back.
I know its not your fault but in my country thats the way it is

Maybe you can tell your customers that some of your gifts needs a document for the mexican customs, because I paid the van Gogh doll but they cant reléase it because i need a paper that i dont have.
