I write to you further to my order. I have finally received the consignment today after the inordinate delay at the customs department. I also had to pay an additional fee of 5,135 Indian Rupees towards the customs duty(Receipt attached). This is an equivalent of 63 Euros which is not a small amount for me. may i mention, There is no additional charge on any consignment for the first three days upon arrival at the customs office. After this an additional charge of 500 Indian rupees per day is levied till it is cleared by customs. Now the delay in my case occurred because it was very difficult to procure the required 'Know your customer(customer identification)' documents from the Institute in whose name the consignment was addressed. Had the consignment been addressed to me as mentioned in the remarks section, this problem would not have arisen.
I had clearly mentioned the complete address in the remarks section while ordering that the consignment precisely to avoid this problem. In fact , you have acknowledged this yourself in your previous email.
Now i do not know who is responsible for this, the person who packed my order or DHL. Nevertheless, this error possibly made from your end not only delayed my entire shipment by nearly 2 weeks but also made it more expensive for me.
I sincerely believe that the problem and additional costs could have been avoided had the address been written correctly. Ultimately i am at loss here for a not-so-small sum of money.

Please make the address section in the online form more flexible to fill.
