I ordered two items in the shop. I received a parcel after a few days but there was only one item inside. I contacted the shop by phone and by e-mail several times with no result.
I paid for two items and I am very angry about the lazy process. I have no response with a solution from your team. 3 weeks are over and I am still missing the item I paid for.

Thank you for your message. Custom prints are always shipped seperately from other items, since they are shipped directly from our print studio. That's why your order was shipped in two separate parcels.
What a pity to hear our courier was not able to deliver the notebook just yet. We have asked them to investigate the issue and we are awaiting their further reply on the location of the parcel. If we haven't received a reply by Thursday, we will ship a new parcel. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
