Improvements or suggestions
Please stop using DHL for international shipping. Their service was awful! It was a nightmare trying to get my package delivered. I wasted a lot of my time on the phone with them. They failed to follow through on delivery times promised, didn't give the driver directions to my house and the supervisor didn't return my phone call. I asked for a refund on the cost I paid for shipping and told them I could provide a receipt. But they said the shipper would have to file the complaint.
