The book ordered over the internet was sent off the same day and I was informed of its departure and likely arrival time. It was very well wrapped and arrived in good condition, within a few days of ordering. I was pleased with this.
However, when ordering the book, the amount to be paid for its postage from Holland to the UK was not mentioned (or was not obvious on the website. It was only when receiving an invoice receipt of what I had paid that I realised the postage cost almost half of the price of the book! I may still have ordered it, but it should have been made clear.
Improvements or suggestions
They should make clear at the point of sale, exactly how much postage costs are going to be.
