On August 12th I made an order on your website. Also in the order information, I found a message stating that my order will be shipped within 3-5 business days and that once the order is sent to my email a track number will be provided to track my order. I already addressed you two days ago with exactly the same letter. Please, the administration, tell me where my order is and how I can get at least some information about it. If I misspelled the e-mail address, please tell me where can I go with this question
