They were very helpful in all my questions, especially about the shipping address, and other transaction details.
What I liked about the staff running the website is that, I didn't have to ask when my shipment will be sent, they voluntarily send emails that notified me of the same.
My shipment only took two days from Amsterdam to Manila, very good!
