The calendar I ordered arrived quickly. The outer package sustained minor damage. The shrinkwrap was in perfect condition. The outer pages were in perfect condition. March, April, May, and June (the center top pages) were damaged. It looks like in packaging from the manufacturing. I immediately sent a notification to Customer Service. I have received zero communication thus far. I will give them the benefit of the doubt as it is the weekend.
Improvements or suggestions
Provide me with an undamaged product. I can't say yet that I would recommend this company just yet. Mistakes happen. Stuff gets damaged. At this point I would not recommend this company. I may if they do provide me with an undamaged product with little hassle and in a reasonable time frame. Since the calendar is for 2019, there is plenty of time to remedy the situation.
