Not good but not terrible. Would limit my experience at buying but museum
is lovely. Lovely art work. Half of items seem to break and customer service is slow and no result reached.
Improvements or suggestions
Quicker, friendlier. More concerned about retail and in products. Knowledge on website and sending links and not expecting you to browse site for broken item. Wish they would be clearer with details from the start. Two items damaged but nothing repaired or replaced, waste of time contacting company if they get paid to talk to you but do nothing. Rather unimpressive for a man who created so much art.
