I ordered 3 books Order nº13237616 and I only received 2. I payed the 3 with tax and post. Products codes:
312164,324631,and 325089(this one did not come not even in French ) I find not at all correct to accept the order and payment and then said it was sold out, although I accepted in French. This is not acceptable and lack of accuracy and honesty.

Be precise when we place an order. I had never such an experience, and did not expect something like this from your Museum
