I was disappointed with one article, the Bouncing Ball, because the one I had bought personally at the shop looked different. I sent a complaint to the shop's mail-address. Mr Kaplan replied immediately and looked at my fotos. He than kindly sent another ball which I got yesterday, and this one answers my expectations. I am very glad and I think it very gracious to take my disappointment seriously. I want to give it to a boy in my family - and wanted him to have a magical one which catches his imagination. Now this can happen.
Improvements or suggestions
Goods which the shop is shipping should be looked at very critically so that the articles are faultless. But the way the shop reacted to my complaint is exemplary. So I am very happy and will recommend the shop everywhere.
